Katelin is part of POAH’s Design and Building Performance team, where she maintains the Basis of Design (BOD), POAH’s in-house design standards, for both the owned and emerging portfolio. As part of overseeing the BOD, she manages, distributes, and enforces the use of this standard, while researching and rolling out new BOD materials. She assists residential site staff, answering questions on building products, systems, and materials, along with hosting trainings for maintenance staff. Additionally, she works with development project managers to review capital needs, distributing and reviewing the BOD with architects, engineers, and consultants during a project’s design and construction phases. Katelin holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Miami University.
